Title :
Analysis of the reasons for the fifteen changes in the constitution and the formation of various political systems after the French Revolution
-
Abstract :
The French Revolution was the departure of a people who, for the first time, ended the hereditary and aristocratic rule of the feudal lords and rulers of French society, and shattered the old social order based for centuries on the will of the king and his absolute domination of French life. The breaking of this ancient order, on the one hand, strengthened the tendency towards social revolutions in other human societies, and on the other hand, marked the emergence of a new era in human life and led to great intellectual and social changes in later centuries. Our aim in this study is a look at the French Revolution up to the current republican system and we are trying to answer the question why the French Revolution took place and how many systems we witnessed in France and how many years did it last? And what factors caused these system changes? The French tested various political systems after the revolution. One of the most important political challenges in this country in the last two centuries has been the struggle between the parliament and the government over their authority. This historical war and escape of Haraz sometimes led to the victory of one of the two rivals. The supporters of the parliament or the government celebrated their victory by launching various riots and revolutions to change the constitution and consolidate their position. In parts of the country's political history, the two sides sought to satisfy the intermediate system and end this old rivalry in a win-win game. Eventually, however, General de Gaulle took advantage of his charismatic position and character to establish the Fifth Republic, ending this long-standing conflict in favor of the government. And in this research we have used descriptive and analytical methods.
