Title :
An Analysis of the New Approach to the Greater Middle East Plan in US International Human Rights Strategy and Security
-
Abstract :
The events of September 11, 2001, led to a rethinking of US foreign policy on certain issues, values, and regions. The issue of democratization in the Middle East has been one of them. The events of September 11 during the presidency of Bush Jr. and the developments in North Africa and the Arab Middle East in 2011 until Trump's presidency posed new opportunities and challenges for US foreign policy toward this part of the world. Central identity as a component of US foreign policy at this time dealt with the complex and multifaceted structure of the Middle East, and challenged US foreign policy. This article is organized into two levels of analysis: the structure of political power and Economics in the New International System and then the Implications of this Structure on the Geopolitical Developments in the Middle East. The article hypothesizes that "the geopolitical outcomes of the Middle East are largely influenced by the differences, rivalries and differences of the powerful Middle Eastern countries, but at the same time, the global and European rivalries between the US and Russia, which strengthen the existing Middle East poles, are more about managing differences than resolving them." . This paper examines the current state of the US economy, Russia's new goals, the legacy of Obama's foreign policy performance, and Israel's incentive system in shaping the new Middle East geopolitics, and uses descriptive-analytical research.
